Are your new year's resolutions already failing you? It can be challenging to stick to resolutions, especially if they are difficult or unrealistic.

In the meantime, here are a few tips that may help you stay on track with your resolutions:
1. Make specific and achievable goals: Instead of resolving to "exercise more," try setting a specific goal, such as "exercise for 30 minutes three times a week." This will make it easier to track your progress and see the results of your efforts.
2. Keep track of your progress: Write down your goals and track your progress. This will help you stay motivated and see how far you've come.
3. Find a support system: Surround yourself with people who will encourage and support you in your efforts. Having a support system can make it easier to stay on track. HINT: YOU'LL FIND THIS IN THE WORKSHOP!
4. Be flexible: It's okay to adjust your goals if you need to. Life is unpredictable, and it's important to be flexible and adapt to changes as they come.
5. Be kind to yourself: Don't beat yourself up if you slip up or have a setback. Remember that it's normal to have ups and downs, and it's important to be kind and compassionate with yourself.
